Position Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally
• Schedule appointments efficiently
• Verify insurance and collect payments
• Answer phones and direct calls
• Maintain clean, welcoming reception area
• Process referrals and authorizations

Requirements

• Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration required
• Minimum 2 years medical office experience required (outpatient/primary care a plus)
• Excellent customer service skills
• EHR proficiency required
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States
